Remy - iPhone illustration

Not quite traditional, not quite digital.

Downloaded an application for my iPod Touch called "Brushes", so I tried that out. Got the hang of the app with an Eve and Wall-E drawing, but this was my first real one.

So how it works is that the ipod is like a digital sketchpad, but you draw with your finger. You can choose different brushes (and sizes), and basically any color at varying opacities.

And this was my final result. Took probably about 45 minutes to an hour to do. Could have done a better job on the ears, but oh well. This is actually my first time drawing with color as well I think, at least seriously. So I'm happy with the result anyways.
